Guided Reading Organization

I love organizing things!   Thank goodness because this project took me four days!  I inherited (and I am not complaining) two different guided reading programs from the former first grade teacher.  So I organized the books into file folders into small file cabinets.  She had them in gallon size baggies however it was hard to find anything.  

On the top of each file folder I have the title, the level, and how many copies.
On the front of the folders I will write teacher notes after I start using them.

I can't wait to start reading with my students, there are some great non-fiction books.
